Adam is a dedicated professional with 7 years of insurance experience. He loves assisting customers in developing a plan for and securing their future, helping to ensure they are protected for whatever lies ahead. When he’s not at work, Adam enjoys a wide range of hobbies including tending to his apiary, caring for his backyard chickens, remodeling and landscaping his house, lifting weights, and traveling to new destinations. Adam’s wonderful family of five keeps him busy year-round! His incredible wife is the perfect partner. Together, they try to achieve a healthy work-life balance while raising three incredible kids, all under 7 years old. Their children add a spark to everything they do! One of their favorite family activities is exploring the many parks in the Southside of Des Moines."

Joe is from Des Moines and brings 10 years of valuable industry experience to the team. His passion lies in educating people about their insurance policies to help them understand all of the benefits and protection they are provided. Outside of the office, you can find Joe staying active outside by running and biking. Family is a crucial part of Joe’s life. He is married to his lovely wife, Millie and has three wonderful children - John, who is 8, Elijah, who is 7, and Lily, who is one!

Rich is a Des Moines native with three years of experience in the insurance industry. His favorite aspect of his role is engaging with customers, sharing life stories, and passing on knowledge to help them manage various types of risk. Outside of work, Rich is actively involved in serving his community on the Southeast side of Des Moines and at his church, Living Waters Fellowship. He cherishes time spent with his family. Rich met his wife Julie in 2017. Together, they enjoy raising twin boys, supporting two daughters through school at Iowa State University, and spending time outdoors, especially going for motorcycle rides and running at Gray’s Lake.
